At Baracuta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your iconic G9 jacket or any other item isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the quality check is complete.
